In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bb77," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the bb77 online gaming platform, operated under a PAGCOR license and accessible at bb77.cam.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bb77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the bb77 registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the bb77 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated software or services made available to Players.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's bb77 Account, including deposits and confirmed winnings.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing bb77's operations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which online gambling is illegal or where bb77 is not authorised to offer services.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Where any ambiguity exists, bb77's interpretation of these Terms shall prevail, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

By registering an Account with bb77, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of any corporate entity or third party;
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where access to bb77 is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of bb77 or its affiliated entities;
• You are not a current or former PAGCOR employee or immediate family member thereof;
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete;
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds for all deposits and wagers.

bb77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the period specified by bb77 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

bb77 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on bb77. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying bb77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensuring that your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, remain current and accurate.

bb77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from bb77 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bb77 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after written notice to the registered email address, in accordance with its dormant account policy.

bb77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Coins.ph. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bb77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary based on your verification tier and payment method.

bb77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR reporting obligations. During such review periods, withdrawals may be temporarily held for up to five (5) business days while documentation is requested and assessed.

All transactions on the bb77 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). bb77 does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

Deposits that are not wagered at least once prior to a withdrawal request may be subject to a processing review. bb77 reserves the right to deduct payment processing fees from such withdrawals where applicable.

All bets placed on bb77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event on which the bet is placed. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel and in the bb77 Help Centre. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

bb77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by qualified dealers operating from a licensed studio. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of bb77's commercial interests.

bb77 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet that was placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or based on odds that were manifestly incorrect;
• Suspend betting markets at any time, including in-play markets, where the integrity of an event is in question;
• Delay settlement of bets pending official results confirmation from the relevant governing body;
• Limit the maximum stake on any market, game, or event for any individual Player at its sole discretion.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game, bb77's server logs shall constitute the definitive record of the game state and any bets placed. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, bb77 will refund the affected bet to the Player's Account.

bb77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all bb77 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion;
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address;
• bb77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed;
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restriction period;
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds in excess of the maximum bonus win cap specified in the promotion terms will be forfeited.

bb77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk bet hedging, arbitrage strategies, and coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting. bb77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, withhold related winnings, and suspend Accounts where abuse is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on bb77;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using bb77 to process funds obtained through illegal means;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour without reporting them to bb77 immediately;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other skill-based formats;
• Accessing bb77 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other geo-circumvention tools;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bb77 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the bb77 platform's software infrastructure.

bb77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic notifications that remind you of the time elapsed and amount wagered during your current session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bb77 for a minimum period of 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

bb77 trains its customer support team to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact Players whose activity patterns suggest potential harm. bb77 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account without Player consent where there is a reasonable concern for the Player's welfare.

For further support, Filipino players are encouraged to seek assistance from PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources and other Philippine-based counselling services for problem gambling.

All content on the bb77 platform — including but not limited to the bb77 name, logo, game graphics, user interface design, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of bb77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bb77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bb77 content without prior written consent;
• Use the bb77 name, logo, or branding in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bb77 platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, bb77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from circumstances beyond bb77's reasonable control;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events;
• Any actions taken by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities that affect your access to bb77.

bb77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bb77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

bb77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at bb77.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bb77 is required to collect and retain certain personal information under Philippine anti-money laundering laws, PAGCOR licensing conditions, and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You acknowledge and agree that bb77 may share your information with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

bb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bb77 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the bb77 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account by contacting [email protected].

bb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe;
• Account inactivity in accordance with bb77's dormant account policy;
• A requirement or directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• bb77's decision to cease operations in the Philippines or in the Player's jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, bb77 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance. Real-money Funds will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method within thirty (30) days, subject to the completion of any outstanding security or compliance reviews.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bb77 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bb77's customer support team. bb77 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with bb77's operating license conditions. For disputes not covered by PAGCOR's jurisdiction, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
